Occupations Code § 2051.052","heading":"PUBLICATION OF COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES.","body":"(a) The secretary of state shall publish on the secretary of state's Internet website information that prescribes the compliance responsibilities of an institution of higher education under this chapter.\n(b) The secretary shall notify the athletic director or other appropriate official of each institution of higher education of any change to the compliance responsibilities of the institution under this chapter.\n(c) The secretary shall, as necessary, update the compliance responsibilities materials.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
