Occupations Code § 2051.107","heading":"REGISTRATION DURATION; EXPIRATION.","body":"(a) Except as provided by Subsection (b), a certificate of registration issued under this chapter is valid for a period of not more than one year from the date of issuance.\n(b) The secretary of state, by rule, may adopt a system under which certificates of registration expire on various dates during the year.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
