Occupations Code § 2051.206","heading":"MULTIYEAR CONTRACT FEE.","body":"(a) This section applies only to a multiyear professional sports services contract negotiated by a registered athlete agent.\n(b) A registered athlete agent may not collect during a 12-month period a fee that exceeds the amount an athlete will receive during that same 12-month period under the professional sports services contract negotiated by the athlete agent.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
