Occupations Code § 2051.403","heading":"ENFORCEMENT OF SUBPOENA AND SUMMONS.","body":"(a) The secretary of state shall refer a person who fails or refuses to comply with a subpoena or summons issued by the secretary under Section 2051.401 to the attorney general for enforcement.\n(b) On receipt of a referral under Subsection (a), the attorney general may apply to a district court of Travis County for an order requiring compliance.\n(c) On receipt of an application for an order under Subsection (b), a district court:\n(1) shall order compliance if the court determines that good cause exists for the issuance of the subpoena or summons; and\n(2) may modify those requirements of the subpoena or summons that the court determines are unreasonable.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
