Occupations Code § 2051.405","heading":"DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURES; INJUNCTIONS.","body":"(a) If the secretary of state determines that a person has violated this chapter, the secretary shall:\n(1) refer the violation to the attorney general for prosecution; and\n(2) take appropriate disciplinary action, including:\n(A) denying an application for registration; or\n(B) suspending or revoking a certificate of registration.\n(b) If the secretary determines that a person is violating or is threatening to violate this chapter, the secretary or the attorney general may file suit in district court in Travis County to enjoin the violation or threatened violation.\n(c) Judicial review of a denial, suspension, revocation, or other disciplinary action taken under Subsection (a) is by trial de novo and is subject to Section 2001.173, Government Code.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
