Occupations Code § 2051.501","heading":"CRIMINAL OFFENSE.","body":"(a) An athlete agent commits an offense if the agent intentionally or knowingly violates this chapter or a rule under this chapter.\n(b) Except as provided by Subsection (c), an offense under this section is a Class A misdemeanor.\n(c) An offense under this section committed by an athlete agent who intentionally or knowingly violates Section 2051.351(a)(7) or (14) is a third degree felony.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
