Occupations Code § 2052.053","heading":"INVESTIGATIVE AUTHORITY.","body":"(a) The executive director shall investigate allegations of activity that may violate this chapter.\n(b) The executive director may enter, at a reasonable time, a place of business or an establishment in which activity alleged to violate this chapter may occur.
