Occupations Code § 2052.113","heading":"LICENSE AND PERMIT REQUIRED FOR CLOSED CIRCUIT TELECAST.","body":"A person who exhibits in this state a simultaneous telecast of a live, spontaneous, or current combative sports event on a closed circuit telecast in which a fee is charged for admission to the telecast must:\n(1) hold a promoter's license under this chapter; and\n(2) obtain a permit for the closed circuit telecast.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
