Occupations Code § 2052.114","heading":"LICENSE, REGISTRATION, AND PERMIT TERM AND RENEWAL.","body":"(a) A license, registration, or permit issued under this chapter is valid for one year after the date of issuance.\n(b) The holder of a license, registration, or permit may renew the license, registration, or permit by paying a renewal fee and complying with other renewal requirements prescribed by department rule before the expiration date.
