Occupations Code § 206.054","heading":"TERMS; VACANCY.","body":"(a) Members of the advisory committee are appointed for two-year terms. The terms of the members expire on February 1 of each odd-numbered year.\n(b) If a vacancy occurs during a member's term, the president of the medical board shall appoint a new member to fill the unexpired term.\n(c) An advisory committee member may not serve more than two consecutive full terms.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1014, Sec. 1, eff.
