Occupations Code § 206.151","heading":"PUBLIC PARTICIPATION.","body":"(a) The medical board shall develop and implement policies that provide the public with a reasonable opportunity to appear before the medical board and speak on any issue relating to surgical assistants.\n(b) The executive director of the medical board shall prepare and maintain a written plan that describes how a person who does not speak English may be provided reasonable access to the medical board's programs and services under this chapter.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1014, Sec. 1, eff.
