Occupations Code § 206.156","heading":"HEALTH CARE ENTITY REQUEST FOR INFORMATION.","body":"On the written request of a health care entity, the medical board shall provide to the entity:\n(1) information about a complaint filed against a license holder that was resolved after investigation by:\n(A) a disciplinary order of the medical board; or\n(B) an agreed settlement; and\n(2) the basis of and current status of any complaint under active investigation that has been referred by the executive director or the director's designee for legal action.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1014, Sec. 1, eff.
