Occupations Code § 2151.052","heading":"FEES.","body":"(a) The commissioner shall establish reasonable and necessary fees, in an amount not to exceed $40 per year, for each amusement ride covered by this chapter.\n(b) An amusement ride that consists of two or more self-propelled, four-wheeled vehicles designed to be operated independently and to carry fewer than three persons, including go-carts, is a single amusement ride.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
