Occupations Code § 2153.051","heading":"GENERAL DUTIES OF COMPTROLLER.","body":"(a) The comptroller shall administer this chapter.\n(b) To administer this chapter, the comptroller may:\n(1) issue a license or registration certificate;\n(2) prescribe procedures for registering music and skill or pleasure coin-operated machines;\n(3) prescribe methods for:\n(A) securely attaching a tax permit to a coin-operated machine; and\n(B) posting a license or registration certificate;\n(4) prescribe the form and content of a:\n(A) license application;\n(B) registration certificate;\n(C) tax permit;\n(D) report specifying a coin-operated machine's location; and\n(E) report of the consideration of each party to a contract relating to the placement of a coin-operated machine in an establishment owned by a person other than the license holder; and\n(5) disclose confidential information to an appropriate official.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
