Occupations Code § 2153.054","heading":"RECORDS OF COMPLAINTS.","body":"(a) The comptroller shall maintain an information file about each complaint filed with the comptroller.\n(b) If a written complaint is filed with the comptroller, the comptroller, at least quarterly and until final disposition of the complaint, shall notify the parties to the complaint of the status of the complaint unless notice would jeopardize an undercover investigation.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
