Occupations Code § 2153.057","heading":"INTERAGENCY COOPERATION.","body":"(a) The comptroller shall use all agencies of the law available to the comptroller to enforce this chapter.\n(b) A state agency shall:\n(1) cooperate with the comptroller in connection with an investigation under this chapter; and\n(2) provide the comptroller access to records and reports that are relevant to an investigation under this chapter and that are made confidential by other law.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
