Occupations Code § 2153.157","heading":"REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS.","body":"To obtain a registration certificate under this subchapter, a person must:\n(1) file with the comptroller a registration application on a form prescribed by the comptroller; and\n(2) pay a $150 registration fee to the comptroller for the business entity in which the owner exhibits the coin-operated machine that is the subject of the application.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
