Occupations Code § 2153.202","heading":"REQUIRED LICENSE HOLDER RECORDS AND REPORTING.","body":"(a) A license holder shall maintain a record of and report to the comptroller information relating to each music or skill or pleasure coin-operated machine owned, possessed, or controlled by the license holder, including:\n(1) the make, type, and serial number of each machine;\n(2) the date each machine is placed in operation;\n(3) the dates of the first and most recent registration of each machine;\n(4) the specific location of each machine; and\n(5) any change in machine ownership.\n(b) A license holder shall:\n(1) report to the comptroller the information required under this section:\n(A) at intervals specified by the comptroller; and\n(B) at any other time requested by the comptroller; and\n(2) immediately notify the comptroller in writing of a change in ownership of a licensed business.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
