Occupations Code § 2153.353","heading":"INJUNCTION.","body":"(a) The attorney general may commence an action, at the comptroller's request, against a person who does not hold a license or registration certificate to enjoin the person from engaging in the business of manufacturing, owning, selling, renting, leasing, trading, lending, furnishing to another, maintaining, transporting, storing, or importing a music or skill or pleasure coin-operated machine.\n(b) Venue for a suit filed under Subsection (a) is in a district court in Travis County.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
