Occupations Code § 2153.359","heading":"CRIMINAL OFFENSE; PROHIBITED TRANSACTIONS.","body":"(a) A person commits an offense if the person:\n(1) personally or by an agent, contracts orally or in writing to convey by lease, sublease, or other form an interest in real property if:\n(A) the person has a financial interest in a business required to be licensed under this chapter; and\n(B) the contract contains a provision that limits the other party's right to obtain a music or skill or pleasure coin-operated machine from any source; or\n(2) obtains or attempts to obtain a contract of lease or bailment of a music or skill or pleasure coin-operated machine by coercion, threats, or intimidation, or through the commission of, or threat to commit, an act prohibited by a state penal law or Title 4, Finance Code.\n(b) An offense under this section is a felony of the third degree.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
