Occupations Code § 2153.361","heading":"CRIMINAL OFFENSE; SEALED MACHINES.","body":"(a) A person commits an offense if the person:\n(1) breaks a seal attached in the name of a county or municipality;\n(2) exhibits or displays a coin-operated machine that has a broken seal; or\n(3) removes from its location a coin-operated machine that has a broken seal.\n(b) An offense under this section is a Class C misdemeanor.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
