Occupations Code § 2154.101","heading":"GENERAL REQUIREMENTS.","body":"(a) A person must obtain an appropriate license to:\n(1) engage in the business of manufacturing, distributing, jobbing, or importing fireworks to be sold or used in this state; or\n(2) supervise or conduct public fireworks displays.\n(b) A person who is younger than 18 years of age may not be issued a license under Subchapter D.\n(c) A person may not:\n(1) transfer a license; or\n(2) obtain or attempt to obtain a license by fraudulent representation.\n(d) A person may not alter or deface a license.
