Occupations Code § 2154.201","heading":"GENERAL REQUIREMENTS.","body":"(a) A person who is younger than 18 years of age may not be issued a permit under this subchapter.\n(b) A person may not:\n(1) transfer a permit issued under this subchapter; or\n(2) obtain or attempt to obtain a permit under this subchapter by fraudulent representation.\n(c) A person may not alter or deface a permit.
