Occupations Code § 2154.302","heading":"DISCIPLINARY HEARING.","body":"(a) If the state fire marshal proposes to suspend, revoke, or refuse to renew a person's license or permit, the person is entitled to a hearing conducted by the State Office of Administrative Hearings.\n(b) Disciplinary proceedings are governed by Chapter 2001, Government Code.\n(c) Rules of practice adopted by the commissioner applicable to the disciplinary proceedings may not conflict with the rules adopted by the State Office of Administrative Hearings.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
