Occupations Code § 2301.151","heading":"GENERAL JURISDICTION OF BOARD.","body":"(a) The board has the exclusive original jurisdiction to regulate those aspects of the distribution, sale, or lease of motor vehicles that are governed by this chapter, including the original jurisdiction to determine its own jurisdiction.\n(b) The board may take any action that is specifically designated or implied under this chapter or that is necessary or convenient to the exercise of the power and jurisdiction granted under Subsection (a).\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 5, eff.
