Occupations Code § 2301.261","heading":"APPLICATION FOR VEHICLE LESSOR'S LICENSE.","body":"(a) An application for a vehicle lessor's license must:\n(1) be on a form prescribed by the department;\n(2) contain evidence of compliance with Chapter 503, Transportation Code, if applicable; and\n(3) state other information required by the department.\n(b) This chapter does not require a separate license for each employee of a vehicle lessor.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 5, eff.
