Occupations Code § 2301.355","heading":"USE OF MULTIPLE LOCATIONS.","body":"(a) A franchised dealer may conduct business at more than one location, except that the dealer may establish and maintain a separate location for the display and sale of new motor vehicles only if expressly authorized by the dealer's franchise and license.\n(b) A franchised dealer must hold a separate license for each separate and distinct dealership as required by Section 2301.257.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 5, eff.
