Occupations Code § 2301.357","heading":"PROHIBITED FEE.","body":"(a) A franchised dealer may not directly or indirectly pay a fee to a vehicle lessor or a vehicle lease facilitator.\n(b) For purposes of Subsection (a), an adjustment in the purchase price paid for the lease or leased vehicle is not a fee.
