Occupations Code § 2301.469","heading":"COSTS OF PRODUCT RECALL.","body":"Notwithstanding the terms of any franchise, a manufacturer, distributor, or representative shall compensate a franchised dealer for all costs incurred by the dealer as required by the manufacturer in complying with a product recall by the manufacturer or distributor, including any costs incurred by the dealer in notifying vehicle owners of the existence of the recall.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 5, eff.
