Occupations Code § 2301.4749","heading":"MANUFACTURER OR DISTRIBUTOR INCENTIVE PROGRAMS: PAYMENT TO DEALER.","body":"(a) A manufacturer or distributor shall pay a dealer's claim filed under a manufacturer or distributor incentive program not later than the 30th day after the date the claim is approved.\n(b) A claim is considered approved unless a manufacturer or distributor rejects the claim not later than the 31st day after the date of receipt of the claim by the manufacturer or distributor.\n(c) The manufacturer or distributor shall provide the dealer with written notice of a rejection of a claim and the reasons for the rejection.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 137 (S.B. 529), Sec. 8, eff.
