Occupations Code § 2301.523","heading":"MEDIATOR.","body":"(a) By agreement, the parties shall select and compensate a mediator who is qualified to serve under Section 154.052(a), Civil Practice and Remedies Code.\n(b) Sections 154.053 and 154.055, Civil Practice and Remedies Code, apply to a mediator under this subchapter.\n(c) A mediator may not impose the mediator's own judgment on the issues for that of the parties.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 5, eff.
