Occupations Code § 2301.528","heading":"EFFECT OF MEDIATION ON CHAPTER.","body":"(a) Except as provided by this subchapter, mediation under this subchapter does not affect a procedural right or duty conferred by this chapter or by board rule.\n(b) Procedural time limits imposed by this chapter or under the authority of this chapter are tolled during mediation.\n(c) Mediation does not affect any right of a person who is not a party to the mediation.\n(d) The board shall stay proceedings involving the parties in mediation until the board receives the mediator's certification that mediation has concluded.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 5, eff.
