Occupations Code § 2301.552","heading":"APPOINTMENT OF VEHICLE LEASE FACILITATOR.","body":"(a) A vehicle lessor may appoint one or more vehicle lease facilitators licensed under this chapter to represent the lessor in obtaining prospective vehicle lessees.\n(b) An appointment must:\n(1) be in writing;\n(2) disclose its terms; and\n(3) comply with board rules.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 5, eff.
