Occupations Code § 2301.705","heading":"NOTICE OF CONTESTED CASE HEARING.","body":"(a) Notice of a contested case hearing involving a license holder must be given in accordance with this chapter and board rules.\n(b) Notice must be given by certified mail, return receipt requested.\n(c) Notice may be given to a person's officer, agent, employee, attorney, or other legal representative.\n(d) Notice is considered to have been received by a person known to have legal rights, duties, or privileges that may be determined at the hearing if the notice is mailed to the last known address of the person not later than the 10th day before the date of the hearing.\n(e) A person may waive notice of a hearing.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 5, eff.
