Occupations Code § 2302.006","heading":"APPLICATION OF CHAPTER TO METAL RECYCLERS.","body":"(a) Except as provided by Subsections (b) and (c), this chapter does not apply to a transaction in which a metal recycler is a party.\n(b) This chapter applies to a transaction in which a motor vehicle:\n(1) is sold, transferred, released, or delivered to a metal recycler for the purpose of reuse or resale as a motor vehicle; and\n(2) is used for that purpose.\n(c) Sections 2302.0015 and 2302.205 apply to a metal recycler.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 5, eff.
