Occupations Code § 2302.105","heading":"DEPARTMENT INVESTIGATION.","body":"(a) The department may not issue a license under this chapter until the department completes an investigation of the applicant's qualifications.\n(b) The department shall conduct the investigation not later than the 15th day after the date the department receives the application.
