Occupations Code § 2302.151","heading":"LICENSE EXPIRATION.","body":"(a) A license issued under this chapter is valid for the period prescribed by the board.\n(b) A person whose license has expired may not engage in the activities that require a license until the license has been renewed under this subchapter.\n(c) If the board prescribes the term of a license under this chapter for a period other than one year, the board shall prorate the applicable fee required under this chapter as necessary to reflect the term of the license.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 5, eff.
