Occupations Code § 2302.201","heading":"DUTIES ON ACQUISITION OF SALVAGE MOTOR VEHICLE.","body":"(a) Except as provided by Section 501.0935, Transportation Code, a salvage vehicle dealer who acquires ownership of a salvage motor vehicle from an owner must receive from the owner a properly assigned title.\n(b) The dealer shall comply with Subchapter E, Chapter 501, Transportation Code.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 5, eff.
