Occupations Code § 2303.051","heading":"RULEMAKING: LICENSE REQUIREMENTS.","body":"The commission shall adopt rules that:\n(1) establish the requirements for a person to be licensed to operate a vehicle storage facility to ensure that the facility maintains adequate standards for the care of stored vehicles;\n(2) relate to the administrative sanctions that may be imposed on a person licensed under this chapter;\n(3) govern the administration of this chapter.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 5, eff.
