Occupations Code § 2303.1015","heading":"EMPLOYEE LICENSE REQUIRED.","body":"(a) A person may not work at a vehicle storage facility unless the person holds:\n(1) a license issued under this chapter;\n(2) an incident management towing operator's license under Section 2308.153;\n(3) a private property towing operator's license under Section 2308.154; or\n(4) a consent towing operator's license under Section 2308.155.\n(b) The commission shall adopt rules governing the application for and issuance of a license under this section.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1046 (H.B. 2094), Sec. 1.05, eff.
