Occupations Code § 2303.105","heading":"TERM OF LICENSE; NOTICE OF EXPIRATION.","body":"(a) A license issued under this chapter is valid for the period set by the department.\n(b) Not later than the 30th day before the expiration date of a person's license, the department shall send written notice of the impending license expiration to the person at the person's last known address according to the department's records.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 5, eff.
