Occupations Code § 2304.152","heading":"ADMINISTRATIVE DISCIPLINARY ACTION AND PROCEDURES.","body":"(a) The commission shall adopt rules establishing:\n(1) grounds for suspension, revocation, or reinstatement of a certificate of registration; and\n(2) procedures for taking disciplinary action.\n(b) The executive director may suspend or revoke a certificate of registration based on a ground established under this section.\n(c) Procedures for the suspension or revocation of a certificate of registration are governed by Chapter 2001, Government Code.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 5, eff.
