Occupations Code § 2305.003","heading":"REGISTER OF REPAIRS.","body":"(a) A person subject to this subchapter shall maintain a register of each repair the person makes to a motor vehicle. The register must contain a substantially complete and accurate description of each motor vehicle that is repaired.\n(b) This section does not apply to a repair having a value of $1 or less.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 5, eff.
