Occupations Code § 2308.109","heading":"DISPLAY OF INFORMATION ON TOW TRUCK.","body":"(a) A permit holder shall display on each permitted tow truck:\n(1) the permit holder's name;\n(2) the permit holder's telephone number;\n(3) the city and state where the permit holder is located; and\n(4) the permit number for the tow truck.\n(b) The information required to be displayed must be:\n(1) printed in letters and numbers that are at least two inches high and in a color that contrasts with the color of the background surface; and\n(2) permanently affixed in conspicuous places on both sides of the tow truck.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1046 (H.B. 2094), Sec. 1.12, eff.
