Occupations Code § 2308.154","heading":"PRIVATE PROPERTY TOWING OPERATOR'S LICENSE.","body":"(a) A private property towing operator's license is required to operate a tow truck permitted under Section 2308.104.\n(b) An applicant for a private property towing operator's license must:\n(1) hold a valid driver's license issued by a state in the United States; and\n(2) be certified by a program approved by the department.\n(c) A person holding a license described by this section may work at a vehicle storage facility regulated under Chapter 2303.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1046 (H.B. 2094), Sec. 1.12, eff.
