Occupations Code § 2308.155","heading":"CONSENT TOWING OPERATOR'S LICENSE.","body":"(a) A consent towing operator's license is required to operate a tow truck permitted under Section 2308.105.\n(b) An applicant for a consent towing operator's license must hold a valid driver's license issued by a state in the United States.\n(c) A person holding a license described by this section may work at a vehicle storage facility regulated under Chapter 2303.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1046 (H.B. 2094), Sec. 1.12, eff.
