Occupations Code § 2308.501","heading":"ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTY.","body":"(a) The commission may impose an administrative penalty on a person under Subchapter F, Chapter 51, regardless of whether the person holds a registration, permit, or license under this chapter, if the person violates:\n(1) this chapter or a rule adopted under this chapter; or\n(2) a rule or order of the executive director or commission.\n(b) An administrative penalty may not be imposed unless the person charged with a violation is provided the opportunity for a hearing.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1046 (H.B. 2094), Sec. 2.09, eff.
