September 1, 2021.\n(b) The department may enter and inspect at any time during business hours:\n(1) the place of business of any person regulated under this chapter; or\n(2) any place in which the department has reasonable cause to believe that a license holder is in violation of this chapter or in violation of a rule or order of the commission or executive director.\n(c) Repealed by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1144 (H.B. 2847), Sec. 15.004(1), eff.
