Occupations Code § 2309.153","heading":"LICENSE REQUIREMENTS.","body":"An applicant for a used automotive parts recycler license under this chapter must provide in a manner prescribed by the executive director:\n(1) a federal tax identification number;\n(2) proof of general liability insurance in an amount not less than $250,000; and\n(3) proof of a storm water permit if the applicant is required by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality to obtain a permit.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 783 (S.B. 1095), Sec. 7, eff.
