Occupations Code § 2310.054","heading":"SALE OF MOTOR FUEL BY PROPER MEASURE.","body":"(a) Except as otherwise provided by this section, motor fuel shall be sold by liquid measure.\n(b) Compressed natural gas and liquefied natural gas shall be sold by gallon equivalent.\n(c) A person violates this chapter if the person sells motor fuel in a manner other than the manner required by this section.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1219 (S.B. 2119), Sec. 1, eff.
